Hospitality and leisure – it brings us together as a nation and initiates a sense of community. In part 13 and 14 of our monthly celebrations, we look forward to the future as the world begins to reopen and a sense of normality returns.
The hospitality industry has faced many changes throughout the pandemic. As the industry begins to return to some semblance of normality, we look to our buildings that will play a part in hosting events, social gatherings and celebrations. Buildings such as The Chancery Rosewood, Four Seasons and Whiteleys provide services that are imperative to our society. Throughout lockdown, we have been able to continue to deliver projects which will allow the hospitality industry to thrive once again.
As millions across the world prepare for the world to reopen, we look to sports clubs resuming, the ease of collaborating together in person and adjusting to a new balance of work and play. Although we have been apart, we have been together through online fitness classes, virtual meetings and Zoom events. As a practice, it has been especially important that we prioritise our wellbeing and redefine new ways of staying connected.
