HR Assistant

We are seeking to employ an HR Assistant to work within our London based office.

What is the role?

In this role, you will be supporting the HR Coordinator and wider HR management team. As the HR Assistant, you will have a generalist HR remit across the UK businesses with a total staff of circa 300, split across AKT II, AKT II Envelopes and Tyréns UK.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Recruitment (Tyréns UK)
    • Assistance in the preparation of internal/external job descriptions
    • Assist in research and preparation of interview tests relevant to job roles
    • Coordinate and arrange interview processes
    • Liaise and brief agencies when engaged
    • Track applications and maintain careers inbox
    • Maintain professional communications with applicants
    • Maintain and update candidate database
    • Produce publications
  • Lifecycle (Tyréns UK)
    • Assist with employee lifecycle
    • Assist with on and off boarding processes
  • Policy  (AKT II / Tyréns UK)
    • Assist the HR Coordinator with updates of relevant HR internal policies
    • Assisting in the review of internal policies and processes
  • Drafting (Tyréns UK)
    • Produce and maintain HR documents
    • Provide administration support for HR related paperwork
    • Maintain HR template library
  • Ad Hoc (AKT II / Tyréns UK)
    • Assistance and input into the UK training and development framework
    • Support the arrangement of workshops as required for individual training needs
    • Benchmark research
    • Ensure that all employee data is processed and dealt with in a confidential and sensitive manner and in line with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018
    • Note and take minutes from ‘HR Meeting’

Experience

Some experience in HR would be preferable but is not essential.
