As well as a competitive salary package and a performance-related annual bonus available for all staff, we offer a range of benefits - some available to all, others dependent on position. We offer a contributory group pension scheme into which the employer and employee both pay a percentage of the salary.
The standard holiday rate is 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays.
We also offer the option of buying and selling holidays, with a Flex scheme enabling staff to increase their basic holiday entitlement by up to 5 days (with a maximum total of 30 days per annum).

AKT II’s Life Assurance scheme automatically covers you for 4 times earnings. In addition, a pension for your spouse/partner at 20% of your salary will be paid. Employees are automatically covered for this unless they exceed certain benefit levels.
