Grosvenor’s Mayfair project approved.

South Molton Triangle.

Grosvenor’s South Molton Triangle project has had planning approved by Westminster City Council. We are working alongside Hopkins Architects for our client on this project.

Situated in Mayfair, the South Molton Triangle project will provide around 67,500 sq ft of new shops, cafés and restaurants, 33 new homes and increase the area’s office workspace by 50%.

Grosvenor plans to make the area ‘a greener, cleaner and more elegant space’ with the introduction of a new pedestrian route between South Molton Lane and South Molton Street as well as proposed pedestrian-only access after 12 pm along Davies Mews to allow restaurants and cafés to offer al fresco dining. The new development’s buildings are expected to produce 37% less carbon than current UK standards.

Grosvenor’s ambition is also to help the West End recover from COVID-19 pandemic by introducing 960 new jobs to the area.
