AKT II is collaborating with Kadans Science Partner on their recent acquisition; Merlin Place in Cambridge, which is located opposite the entrance to Cambridge Science Park.
This scheme will strengthen Kadans’ footprint in the UK within the critical science and innovation industries.
The new, statement building will provide laboratory and office accommodation, once the existing building becomes vacant in 2022. Anchored by the world-renowned University of Cambridge, the cluster, which is comprised of more than 5,300 knowledge-intensive firms, has since attracted some of the world’s leading technology and pharma companies.
Merlin Place aims to provide much-needed space and supply to the market, as well as providing a catalyst to the evolution of the innovation district of North Cambridge.
