Design Director Rob Partridge has been appointed as a member of the NLA’s Expert Panel for Science, Tech & Innovation. He sits alongside other prominent figures in the built environment to advise on the NLA’s core programmes.
The NLA’s Expert Panels bring together industry experts from the NLA membership to advise on their core programmes. The numerous panels will provide thought-leadership on design, development and construction in London and respond to new policies or consultations.
Following the Mayor of London’s ambition to make London one of the smartest cities in the world, the Urban Innovation programme and panel will explore opportunities of technological innovation across property, planning, architecture, construction, engineering and city management for the capital.
Rob’s portfolio includes many high-profile science and tech projects including the Francis Crick Institute with HOK International and PLP Architecture, the LSE Centre Building with Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners and Oxford North with Fletcher Priest Architects.
“Looking forward to debating how buildings can accommodate future trends, where the disciplines of life science, education and research combine with the already changing landscape of workplace design, to produce evolving knowledge-led clusters critical to the economic future of London and beyond.” – Rob Partridge, Design Director.
