TTP Campus and Norton Folgate win big.

BCIA and BCO National Awards.

TTP Campus and Norton Folgate have both secured major wins at two industry awards this week, highlighting their contributions as innovative and sustainable building projects in the UK.

At the BCO (British Council for Offices) National Awards 2024, TTP’s headquarters in Melbourn Science Park was recognised for its outstanding design and functionality. The state-of-the-art facility won in the ‘Best Corporate Workplace’ category, praised for its flexible workspace, sustainability features, and modern design that enhances collaboration and innovation​.

TTP Campus also won the ‘Best of the Best’ BCO award, an honour celebrating office buildings, business parks and campuses where an outstanding experience is provided to occupiers, their employees, visitors and the wider community.

 

One night later, Norton Folgate triumphed at the 2024 British Construction Industry Awards (BCIA), winning both ‘Commercial Property Project of the Year’ and ‘Community Impact Initiative Project of the Year’. The project was lauded for seamlessly blending new construction with the preservation of historical elements, bringing both heritage and modernity together across 12 buildings. The development was also celebrated for its community focus, sustainable design, and careful integration into its surrounding environment​.

All of these wins underline the importance of balancing innovation with sustainability and heritage preservation in the modern built environment.
