Part of the Fabricate series, which explores digital fabrication in architecture, engineering construction, manufacturing, materials technology and computation, Fabricate 2020 features two AKT II projects, Vessel with Heatherwick Studio and The Tide with Diller, Scofidio + Renfro. Both are collaborative behind the design of these unique projects. The second publication, Design Transactions, focuses on exploring the outcome of new research to emerge from ‘Innochain’, a syndicate of six leading European architectural and engineering-focused institutions and industry partners. This publication features a collection of articles, which cover topics from advanced design to fabrication and digital assemblies.
